Data collected through the contact form

The contact form collects your name, email address, telephone number, the subject of your request and your message, for the sole purpose of handling and responding to that request. Fields marked as required are necessary for this processing; the others are optional.

Recipients

Your data is not sold or disclosed for commercial or advertising purposes. When a file is opened, it may be shared with the courts and authorities involved, as well as with fellow lawyers, judicial officers, experts and notaries whose involvement is necessary to the file. The firm is bound by professional secrecy.

Hosting and backup

The firm's website and email are hosted in Morocco. A backup copy of open files is kept on the Google Drive online storage service, operated by Google LLC, in the United States. This backup is carried out only with the express consent of the client concerned, obtained in writing when their file is opened.

Retention periods

Three years for contact requests left without follow-up. For open files, the duration of the relationship, followed by ten years of archiving from the closure of the file.

Your rights

In accordance with Articles 7, 8 and 9 of Law No. 09-08, you have a right of access to the data concerning you, a right of rectification and a right of objection on legitimate grounds. You may exercise them, upon proof of your identity, at secretariat@fassifehri-avocats.ma.
