Doha Fassi Fehri practises business law and business criminal law, in advisory, negotiation and litigation.
She acts on matters where the legal decision directly affects the strategy, interests or reputation of the company and its executives. Each matter is therefore approached in its legal, economic and strategic dimension at once.
She has practised in several international business law firms in Paris (France), notably Simmons & Simmons and DLA Piper, as well as in Shanghai (China), at River Delta Law Firm. She also worked at Syz bank in Geneva (Switzerland), before completing her qualification as a lawyer at Naciri & Associés A&O Shearman in Casablanca (Morocco).
This experience underpins a practice that combines technical rigour, an understanding of business issues and personal involvement in handling each matter.
