Simplified procedure
Where the debt meets the conditions of a simplified procedure, such as the order for payment, an enforceable title can be obtained quickly, without ordinary proceedings. These matters are handled as they arise under the fixed fee, from the formal notice through to enforcement follow-up.
Disputed debts
Where the debt is disputed, or does not qualify for a simplified procedure, an action for payment is brought before the court, under the conditions and time limits of ordinary proceedings. These matters are handled on preferential fee terms.
